AQ26 is now data-led

AQ26 now starts from elevated evidence signals, official records, monitoring context and planning/emissions datasets before treating incinerators or any other facility as a candidate source class. Incinerators remain a priority source investigation, but the project no longer assumes the answer before the data is examined.

Discovery model

  1. Find high or noteworthy pollution, emissions, planning or regulatory signals.
  2. Map nearby monitors, facilities, receptors and official records.
  3. List candidate source classes: traffic, industry, ports, waste facilities, incineration, landfill, construction, agriculture, domestic burning and meteorology.
  4. Apply readiness gates before any stronger public statement.
