This Air Quality Project starts from elevated evidence signals, official records, monitoring context and planning/emissions datasets before introducing any location or source class. No source class receives priority before the evidence is examined.
Discovery model
- Find high or noteworthy pollution, emissions, planning or regulatory signals.
- Map nearby monitors, facilities, receptors and official records.
- List candidate source classes: traffic, industry, ports, waste facilities, incineration, landfill, construction, agriculture, domestic burning and meteorology.
- Apply readiness gates before any stronger public statement.
